Grilled spring onions

Description:

  1. Cut the green part of the spring onions and remove the slink
  2. Cut bigger spring onions along the longitudinal axis, in order to allow an optimal cooking
  3. Heat up the griddle
  4. Broil for 10 minutes in one side and for 10 minutes on the other side
  5. Put cooked spring onions in a plate and spill a bit of olive oil
  6. It can be dished in the same plate with a tomato and/or a bit of cheese
